01 Acceptance of Terms

By adding Swivel to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Swivel. These terms apply to all users, including server owners, administrators, and members of any Discord guild where Swivel is installed.

02 Description of Service

Swivel is a Discord bot that connects Discord guilds to Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) private servers via the PRC API v2. Swivel provides features including live server logs, remote moderation commands, automated alerts, member count tracking, and related utilities.

Swivel is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation, Polaroid Studios, or the ER:LC development team.

03 Eligibility

To use Swivel, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the authority to add bots to the Discord server where Swivel is installed
  • Have legitimate access to an ER:LC private server whose key you configure with Swivel
  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Comply with the ER:LC / PRC API Terms of Service
04 Prohibited Uses

You may not use Swivel to:

  • Access, control, or monitor an ER:LC server you do not own or have explicit permission to manage
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players or Discord members
  • Circumvent or violate ER:LC, PRC API, Roblox, or Discord Terms of Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract Swivel's source code or internal credentials
  • Conduct automated scraping or excessive API calls beyond normal bot usage
  • Use Swivel for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
05 Data & Privacy

Swivel collects and stores a limited amount of data necessary to operate the service. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, how it is stored, and your rights.

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

Swivel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Swivel will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of Swivel is at your sole risk.

We are not responsible for any actions taken via Swivel's moderation features (kicks, bans, commands) in your ER:LC server. You are solely responsible for how you configure and use these features.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swivel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to your ER:LC server, or disruption to your Discord community, arising from your use of or inability to use Swivel.

08 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke Swivel access for any guild or user at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that these Terms have been violated or that continued access poses a risk to other users or the service. You may remove Swivel from your Discord server at any time.

09 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Swivel after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
